 Come join WJOA for a relaxing shabbat weekend in Pawling, NY at the lovely Growing Heart Farm & Yoga retreat. The entire property is ours to enjoy. Events will be tailored to those attending with possibilities such as: Hiking the Appalachian trail, bonfires, biking, board games, yoga, meditation, and basking in the sunshine.
There are a variety of beds available including, queen, full, twin, futon, day beds, and a pull out sofa. Be aware that there are both private and shared sleeping spaces. Spots are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to share a room with a friend/friends all of you should let it be known as soon as possible. Everyone will share responsibility for preparing simple pescatarian friendly meals on premises. We'll cook, bond, laugh and unwind for an easy weekend out of the city :). The farm is accessible via the Harlem Valley Wingdale Station by Metronorth and we'll pick you up from the station. You may also safely walk directly to the farm (20-30 min / 1.6 miles) or drive.
