If you'd like to help organize, please email [email protected]. Dorot Passover Package Delivery Brighten the day of a Senior! Deliver a package and visit a senior for about an hour. Event includes young adult networking brunch & orientation. Then after orientation we will split up in groups of 2-3 to delivery passover packages & visit seniors in their home for at least an hour. All of this will take about three hours. Volunteering will take place on the Upper West Side. Please email Ali Shapiro directly at [email protected] if interested in participating. At 6pm there will be an abbreviated Kabbalat Shabbat service (without any prayers that require a minyan), followed by dinner and then games. They will cook a kosher dairy meal, but encourage guest to bring dairy or vegetarian side dishes, desserts, and / or wine.
