MLK Day of Service On Monday, January 21, join thousands of New Yorkers for a region-wide day of service honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Jenna Win will be serving lunch to seniors at the Central Queens Y at 10am. If you would like to join her, please email her to let her know you will be joining and sign up here. January Potluck Shabbat Ring in the New Year with the first WJOA Shabbat potluck of 2019. February Book Club  The next book we will read for Wandering Jews of Astoria book club is Punk Rock Hora: Adventures in Jew-Punk Land by Michael Croland (one of the first WJOA members!). A Love Of Jewish Music: Song Share at the Yiddish Bookstore On Tuesday, February 12 at 7pm, the Wandering Jews of Astoria will return to the Central Yiddish Cultural Organization for a night of wine, whimsy and Jewish song. Join Hy Wolfe and friends to learn new melodies and come offer your favorite tunes!
