REMINDER: PRE-CHANUKAH POTLUCK​

Let's gather for a Pre-Chanukah potluck at the home of Tami Altschuler! Please bring vegetarian/dairy dishes that correspond with the foods of the season. In addition to latkes, HERE'S a comprehensive list of  food and recipe suggestions! SHABBAT POTLUCK

JEWISH VEG HANUKKAH PARTY

WJOA has teamed up with Jewish Veg for a delicious Hanukkah Party! Join us for good conversation, discussion of the connection between Judaism and veganism, and most importantly some delicious vegan Hanukkah-themed food! The dinner will be at WeWork Studio Square at 3537 36th Street (36th Street stop off the R/M or 36th Avenue stop off the N/W) in Astoria.

CHANUKAH MOVIE NIGHT

​It's movie night at the home of Ali Shapiro on 12/21 at 7pm! We'll be watching the Rugrats Chanukah Special and The Frisko Kid. Please bring your favorite movie snacks to share and RSVP Ali by 12/19 as space is limited.

​CHRISTMASTIME FOR THE JEWS: CHINESE FOOD & A MOVIE

​We'll be meeting up at Jujube Tree, a vegan restaurant then (weather permitting) walking over to the Regal movie theater. The event time will be updated once movie times have been posted online. You can come to the dinner, movie, or both!
